Ensure the effective coordination of the bilateral political and economic relations between the South African government and the governments of the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria and the Saharawi Arab Democratic Republic specifically guided by the Strengthening of Bilateral Political and Economic relations; the Consolidation of the African Agenda; South-South and North-South Cooperation and Participating in the Global System of Governance.
